Acceptable use policy
Last updated August 29, 2026
Lawful and authorized use
1NPA may be used only for lawful business and personal communications that you are authorized to send or receive. You must comply with applicable telecommunications, privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, recording, emergency-services, export, and industry-specific rules.
Prohibited activity
You may not use 1NPA for fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment, threats, illegal robocalling, caller-ID spoofing intended to deceive, unlawful surveillance, trafficking, exploitation, malware distribution, denial-of-service activity, or any activity that violates another person's rights.
Messaging consent and opt-outs
You must obtain and retain appropriate consent before sending marketing or automated messages. STOP and equivalent opt-out requests must be honored promptly. Purchased, scraped, rented, or otherwise unauthorized contact lists may not be used for messaging campaigns.
Number and identity integrity
You may use only numbers, sender identities, domains, and caller identities you are authorized to control. Number porting requests must be submitted by or with authorization from the account holder. Country-specific registration or documentation requirements must be completed before regulated services are activated.
Fair use and network protection
Activity that materially degrades service quality, attempts to evade rate limits, repeatedly triggers carrier abuse controls, or creates abnormal fraud or security risk may be limited or suspended while reviewed.
Enforcement
1NPA may investigate suspected violations, restrict affected features, suspend access, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with carriers or lawful authorities when required. We aim to apply enforcement proportionately and restore service when the underlying issue is resolved.
