Information we process
1NPA processes account, workspace, contact, communications, verification, support, security, and billing-related records needed to provide the services selected by a workspace. Provider credentials and authentication secrets are encrypted or kept in server-only configuration.
How information is used
Information is used to operate requested communications workflows, protect accounts, enforce consent and compliance controls, calculate usage, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Live carrier and billing transmissions remain disabled until their corresponding launch gates are approved.
SMS and mobile consent
When you provide a mobile number and opt in to 1NPA SMS/MMS, we use that number and consent record to deliver the service, customer-care, account, or support messages you requested and to maintain compliance records. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share limited messaging data with communications providers and service vendors only as needed to deliver messages, prevent abuse, support the service, or meet legal obligations.
Workspace isolation
Customer records are scoped to a workspace and protected with authenticated access controls and database row-level security. Administrators may access records only for operational, security, compliance, or support purposes.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on record type, customer settings, fraud prevention, legal holds, and carrier obligations. Authenticated users can export customer-visible workspace data and submit correction or deletion requests from Privacy & data in the dashboard.
Service providers
Approved infrastructure, authentication, email, communications, video, fax, and payment providers may process limited data for configured services. Provider activation is controlled independently and does not occur merely because a workspace record exists.
